Fundraising Events
SunningHill Jill Kids strives to hold creative and interactive fundraising events with an emphasis on education, health, and well-being. Jill’s original recipes are prepared and served, often with culinary instruction as well as a take-home recipe booklet for all who attend.
In addition, we often include partners who bring their own special skills to make each event unique! With the help of corporate and individual sponsorships, 100% of ticket prices from these events goes directly to families in need.

Let’s Celebrate! A holiday event including wine and hors d’oeuvres, a champagne flight tasting by Ian Coyne of the Winestore, cookie decorating instruction by Sweet P’s Cookies, and live music by Keith Wilson
Flavors of Fall: An autumn event including culinary instruction by Jill and a fall floral workshop led by Lizzie Watt of Wild and Green Floral Designs
Beauty and the Board: attendees learned to design and prepare their own charcuterie board and created their own spring floral baskets with the help of Hawk & Sparrow Flowers
Get in the Spirit! A holiday event complete with cooking instruction and craft cocktail mixology lesson by AK31 Cocktails
Spring into Style: A Food and Fashion fundraiser where attendees enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and a fashion show presented by ‘Remedy’ – a local boutique.
Holiday Wreath Workshops: Participants enjoyed a buffet lunch and then created their own handmade holiday wreaths in a workshop led by Lizzie Watt of Wild and Green Floral Designs
Kids Cookoff! Every few years, SunningHill Jill Kids hosts a special Kids’ Cookoff. At the event, kids undergoing treatment at the Levine Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Center participate as ‘superhero chefs’ - assisting local celebrity chefs in a fun, positive, and interactive cookoff competition, with their families there to cheer them on! The cookoffs are incredibly joyful events that would not be possible without the help of countless generous sponsors, chefs, and donors – who all work together to create a magical experience for the kids.
